Hi, I'm Sam.
I'm a California based creative leader with 15+ years of experience. I'm also a husband, father of two wonderful girls, and owner of three sometimes wonderful cats.
I was born, raised, and forged in the heat of the Sacramento valley, in the small farming town of Yuba City, California. The world’s best peaches, the world’s smallest mountain range, and the world’s most embarrassing high school mascot, the honker. 🦆
My father a roofer. My mother an accountant. And my older sister setting unrealistic expectations amassing a 9.35 GPA in high school (at least that’s what it felt like).
After working with my dad until I was 18, I eventually traded a hammer for a keyboard and went to school for design, and film. Eventually found my way to San Francisco where I had the pleasure of working at some great companies like BitTorrent, and Twitch.
After 12 great years in the bay area, we made the move down to sunny San Diego where we have been for the last 5 years 🌴
